About Nikki

I am a stay at home, homeschooling mom to four children who are less than five years apart. The first three are less than three years apart. Having my kids so close together has made having slings a necessity. It's the only way I can make sure all my kids get the attention they need from me. I got into making slings last year when I needed to find a way to take my then 2 year old and 10 month old to the pool and keep them both safe. I wound up making a water sling, which worked wonderfully for us. Several friends also wanted one, so I began making them for others. I soon branched out into making cotton and silk slings for myself. When strangers kept asking me where I got my slings and how they could get one, I realized there was a need in my area. Wrapped In Love was born out of the desire to help moms be better equipped to care for their children.
